I don’t think the shipping protection is of any value. I feel this is just away of covering a cost in the event the shipper that was chosen by the company not me, of a replacement cost of the product that was ordered. I had no say in how my order is shipped and if the order is lost or damaged it should be the shipping company that covers the cost not me.
Not crazy regarding the change in the product. Very thick and not as tasty as the original but it still works.
My new order of "Volume" is clear like water. It has no color or texture. My original Volume was brown with some texture. They are both labeled with the exact same ingredients. Please explain the difference. I have not taken the new Volume.

The new formula doesn’t seem to work as good as old formula. Why the change?

The product is now clear because we switched from powdered herbs to herbal extracts. In simple terms, instead of having the whole plant material left in powder form, the active compounds from the herbs are extracted and concentrated into a liquid form. The ingredients are the same. While it may not hit as instantly as before, it is still formulated to deliver the same result with consistent use. It works gradually by supporting your body’s own systems over time, which is how botanical ingredients tend to build up. Just take 1 wooden spoon per day consistently, and no need to increase the dosage this time. The back half is often where people notice the most, because it’s cumulative. 5 month back I use to order this product. It was offered with Testosterones Pill for free. The pills never arrived. After that they sent me for two month just the Testosterones Pill and not the Volume. Their excuse was that they where running out of Volume product. I cancel orders. If I can get what I asked for, then I don't want it.
